Return and Exchange Terms
- All products (including standard sizes and customized products) are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Once confirmed, no changes will be accepted for customized products.
- If a customer needs to change the order details of standard-sized products, please call the customer service hotline or send an email within 24 hours of purchase.
- If a customer needs to change standard-sized products after 24 hours of purchase, they must call the customer service hotline or send an email to make changes two days prior to the agreed delivery date. Each change will incur a $500 administrative fee.
- The maximum allowable difference in mattress size is 2cm, and no replacement service is provided within this range.
