Standard Delivery
**All dates mentioned above are working days, weekends and public holidays are excluded.
**SPA SUPREME reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein. The Chinese version shall apply and prevail
- Re-schedule of delivery time shall be made 2 days before the agreed delivery date via customer service hotline or email, otherwise an extra $200 will be charged for re-delivery arrangement. The new delivery date will be arranged on at least 3 days after the request is made.
- To ensure the products are in good quality, all re-delivery arrangement of compressed mattress should be made within 3 to 7 days after the request is made. The order will be voided and the paid amount will be forfeited after this period.
- The order will be voided and the paid amount will be forfeited if no one accepts the delivery 3 months after the date of purchase.
- If the delivery cannot be made at the agreed delivery address on the delivery date and time slot for any reasons, an extra $500 will be charged for re-delivery arrangement. The new delivery date will be at least 3 days after the request is made.
- Standard size items will be arranged for delivery within 7 days from the date of purchase. For custom-made items, the delivery date will be up to 14 days. The deliveries will be suspended under bad weather conditions, when typhoon signal No.8 is hosted or black rainstorm warning is in effect. Delivery appointment will be re-arranged.
- Mattress, large furniture and fitness products will be eligible for free delivery.
- Delivery service is not available for outlying islands. An additional $100 will be charged for delivery to Ma Wan and Tung Chung and $300 for delivery to DiscoveryBay.
- Customers are required to pay an extra fee for any delivery made to building without a lift service, or when the items to be delivered cannot be fitted in or be transported by the lift; every seven steps are counted as one floor, each floor charged as below: $50 for shoe cabinet, fitness series and mattress under 60″; $80 for mattress above 60″; $100 for bed frame, bed cabinet and furnitures.
- Delivery service is applicable only when purchase $600 or above. No delivery fee will be charged.
SF Express
- Buyers may choose SF Express as delivery method for online orders with a maximum of 2 small items (including pillow and pressure-relieving products). A HKD 70 delivery charge will be applied.
- Under normal circumstances, an online order will be shipped in 5 to 10 working days. The parcel will be passed to SF Express. Please refer to its website for detailed delivery terms. If you have any enquiries regarding delivery status, you may contact the customer service team of SF Express.
- Only online orders are eligible for SF Express delivery service.
- Thorough quality control regarding the parcel and packaging condition will be adopted before shipment. Unfortunately, the third party's practices and shipping process are out of our control. We will not be responsible for any damages to the parcel during transit. Buyers assume all risks of loss or damage in shipping.

In-store Pickup Process
- Customers first select the desired items and then choose the option for in-store pickup.
- Once the payment is completed, our staff will contact the customer within seven to ten business days to arrange a pickup date.
- Customers are required to bring the order confirmation email to the designated store for pickup.
*For pre-sale items purchased online, our staff will contact the customer within seven business days from the earliest shipping date to arrange a pickup date.
*Note: Customers must wait for the notification call from our staff before going to the store for pickup.
