Mattress Series – Depends on the mattress model
Topper Series – Depends on the topper model
Fitness Series – 1 year structural maintenance

General Remarks

  • Not applied to bed frame series.
  • Warranty period starts from the date of delivery.
  • Free service would be provided in the first year and service charge would be charged from the second year.
  • Inspection and repair are being provided during the warranty period. Damage caused by misuse or not following the usage instructions would not be included in warranty services.
  • Service is not applicable to outlying islands. Extra HK$100 transportation cost is charged for Ma Wan and Tung Chung while HK$300 is charged for Discovery Bay.
  • Please present the purchase invoice and delivery note to our technicians upon each service, otherwise this warranty will be invalid.
    Parts replacement service is not available.
  • Color of a foam model may change from time to time, however, does not affect its firmness.
  • Mattress size (Length, Width & Height) might have 2 cm difference, which is a normal condition.
  • Warranty covers under normal usage, if mattresses sag more than 1.5″ or above, customers can use a depreciated price to redeem another mattress of same model or grading. (Depreciation will be calculated in ratio of mattress used years to warranty years; Usage less than 1 year will be treated as 1 year.)
  • We will provide 3 years limited warranty to the topper content of specific foam. If you make a valid claim under the guarantee within 3 years from the date of delivery, we will provide you with an equivalent replacement topper subject to you paying a percentage of the original price of the topper as follows:
    Year 1:     33% of original purchase price
    Year 2      66% of original purchase price
    Year 3:     99% of original purchase price

Refund / Exchange Terms and Conditions

  • No refund or exchange for all products (including regular size and custom-made items) 
  • No refund or exchange for all custom-made items once the order is confirmed.
  • Amendment of regular size product shall be made via customer service hotline or email within 24 hours. Amendment required made after this period, $500 administration fee will be charged for each transaction.
  • No exchange for all unpacked products or packing being damaged.
  • A 2cm size difference is considered normal for mattresses, no exchange or refund will be made within this aforesaid standard.

**All dates mentioned above are working days, weekends and public holidays are excluded.

**SPA SUPREME reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein. The Chinese version shall apply and prevail.
