1. Delivery Arrangements
1.1 Delivery Terms
If a customer needs to change the delivery time, please notify us via customer service hotline or email at least two working days before the scheduled delivery date. Failure to do so will result in an additional delivery fee of $500. The new delivery date must be at least three working days after the notification of the change.
For compressed mattresses, if there is a need to change the delivery date, it must be rescheduled within three to seven working days from the original scheduled delivery date. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the order, and the payment will be forfeited.
Orders must be delivered within three months from the date of purchase. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the order, and the payment will be forfeited.
If a customer requests a specific delivery date or time slot, an administrative fee of $500 will be charged.
If for any reason the delivery of the products cannot be accepted and requires rescheduling, an administrative fee of $500 will be charged. The new delivery date must be at least three working days after the notification of the change.

Under normal circumstances, standard items ordered by customers can be delivered within 7 to 10 working days, depending on the delivery area (excluding bed frames). The delivery period for bed frames and custom-sized products is 7 to 14 working days. Some items may experience delivery delays due to inventory issues. If a No. 8 or higher typhoon signal, black rainstorm warning, or other emergencies occur, delivery services will be suspended, and delivery dates will be rescheduled.
Delivery service does not cover outlying islands. There will be an additional charge of $100 for Ma Wan and Tung Chung, and $300 for Discovery Bay.

If the delivery location is not directly accessible, such as no elevator or the goods are too large to be carried by the elevator, or if the delivery truck cannot reach the delivery location, customers are required to pay additional transportation fees calculated based on the on-site situation.

**The delivery terms for each product are specified on the product page as either standard delivery or specific delivery.
- Free delivery service is only applicable to orders with a total purchase amount of $600 or above. For orders below $600, an additional delivery service fee of $100 will be charged.
1.2 SF Express Delivery
- For the purchase of two items or fewer of small-sized products (such as pillows and stress relief products), customers have the option to add $70 for SF Express delivery service.
- After placing an order, the shipment will generally be dispatched within 5 to 10 days. The delivery will be handled by SF Express, and all delivery terms can be referred to on the SF Express official website. If there are any inquiries regarding the delivery status, please contact SF Express customer service directly.
- The SF Express delivery service is only available for orders placed on the online store.
1.3 Third-party Delivery
- Certain products (including pillows, stress relief products, and boxed items) will be delivered through third-party logistics.
- Before shipment, we will make every effort to ensure the quality of the products and proper packaging. However, we cannot guarantee that the products will remain intact during the transportation process. Customers are responsible for all transportation risks. We will not be held liable for any damages or losses that occur during transportation.
2. In-store Pickup
Customers who make purchases on the SPA Supreme Online Store can choose to pick up their items at one of our five designated stores.

Process:
Customers select their desired products and choose the in-store pickup option.
- After completing the payment, our staff will call the customer within 7 to 10 working days to arrange a pickup date.
- For pre-sale items, customers will be contacted within 7 working days from the earliest shipping date.
- Note: Customers must wait for the store's phone notification before going to pick up the items.
- Customers need to bring the order confirmation email to the selected store for pickup.
Items must be picked up within 7 days from the notification date. If not collected within this period, the order will be canceled, and the payment will be forfeited.
**Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
**SPA SUPREME reserves the right to interpret and revise the terms and conditions of this service without prior notice. The Chinese version of the terms and conditions shall prevail.
